Kristen Caldwell is a talented talent consultant, who has worked with several high-profile companies such as NextView Ventures, Thrive Capital, Blue Apron, Uber, Vine, and Yammer, Inc. with over a decade of experience in the recruitment space. She studied BA in Psychology at Lehigh University, and subsequently worked in different companies such as Wild Cognition and RGA Associates before joining Blue Apron as a Senior Manager of Technical Talent Acquisition.

Kristen later worked her way up to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Blue Apron before moving on to Thrive Capital, where she worked as a Talent Consultant. She then served as Talent Advisor at NextView Ventures and a Talent Consultant at Self-Employed. Kristen has been instrumental in helping companies acquire and retain top talent in their respective industries.
