John Carver is a seasoned professional in the infrastructure and transportation industry. As Deputy Executive Director for Los Angeles World Airports, he contributed significantly to the airport's P3 activities during an unprecedented growth period. Consequently, John returned to the private sector and became Executive Director-Project Development for global infrastructure firm CCR. John, along with his team, is developing, financing, and operating next-gen air cargo facilities at select US gateway airports. His strategic partnership with CCR+Airis is revolutionizing the North American air cargo industry by deploying advanced designs and systems, making long-term balance sheet investments, and integrating operational processes to provide a unified, seamless experience for clients.

John obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business from the University of Southern California and completed high school at La Serna High School in Whittier, CA. Previously, he held high-ranking positions, including Executive Vice President - Business Development at Ports America, Director - Port, Airport, and Global Infrastructure at Jones Lang LaSalle, Executive Director - Multimodal Services Group at Colliers International, Inc., and Founder - CEO at iPorts of California.
