Michael van Stolk is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience in the financial industry. He has worked with various Wall Street giants, including Merrill Lynch, Bloomberg, and Salomon Brothers, before co-founding AlgoPartners in 2010. His current role is Architect/Sr. Systems Developer at DriveWealth LLC, a global equity trading platform.

Van Stolk's achievements include the development of a real-time fractional trading system, a managed account system, and a trading system in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform that can handle peak loads during trading hours. He has a patent pending for both the aforementioned systems. His experience in the industry encompasses developing and architecting trading systems for proprietary trading, algorithmic trading, low latency, and order routing to all markets.

Van Stolk studied Computer Science at Indiana University Bloomington and obtained a BS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He takes pride in his staff and doesn't accept failure from anyone.
