Matthew McCarthy is a highly accomplished business executive with extensive experience in marketing, management, and politics. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Politics, European Studies, and French from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before completing a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Hofstra University. He later studied Marketing and Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
Matthew has held several high-level positions throughout his career, including Vice President Foods North America and Senior Director of Deodorants and Men's Grooming at Unilever, one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Ben & Jerry's, a brand famous for its delicious ice cream flavors and social and environmental activism.
Matthew's expertise in marketing and consumer goods has earned him a well-deserved reputation as a leader in his field. He is an expert in strategic planning, market research, brand management, and product development. He is also a savvy negotiator and has successfully led numerous multimillion-dollar deals.
