Steve Bourne is a highly experienced and award-winning Headhunter and recruitment strategist, specialized in building effective leadership teams and digital capabilities for both venture-backed start-ups and multinational IT organizations across Europe. With more than 15 years' of experience in headhunting at all levels of digital organizations, Steven has built an impressive global network of entrepreneurs, C-level executives, and thought leaders in the top technology companies around Europe. He is also an entrepreneur who has successfully built technology recruitment companies from scratch and designed applicant tracking software. Steven is an expert in implementing new recruitment sourcing strategies and constructing digital lab environments with significant management consulting firms in Germany and their end-customers. He has a particular interest in placing high-profile board-level executives and staffing large, complex IT transformation programs with budgets of over £100m+.

Steve Bourne holds a degree in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Corporate Finance from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), respectively. He also studied Saving the Planet at Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters.

Currently, Steven is the Group Managing Director and Head of Search at New Intelligence Group. Before that, he served as an advisor in Venture Building at Steven Bourne Consulting, founded The Coin Lab company, co-founded and served as a Head of Search at Loopdynamic, and worked as Managing Principal at Darwin Recruitment.
