Aris Brencis, a Latvian native, has a diverse background in education, where he studied Bachelor of Humanities in Philology and Master's degree in Conference Interpreting from Latvijas Universitate. His earlier education is from Druvas Vidusskola. As a seasoned professional, he has held multiple leadership roles such as Investor, Startup & Community Manager at TechChill, Board Member at Rural Youth Europe, Chief Tax Inspector, and Chief Specialist at Valsts ieņēmumu dienests, and Internship experience as Liaison Officer at Secretariat of Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. He has confidently managed to work as a Latvian language teacher at Biedrība „Latvijas Pilsoniskās sabiedrības atbalsta centrs (LAPSAC)”, a coordinator at Latvijas Mazpulki - Latvian 4H, and an English teacher at Druvas vidusskola.

Aris is highly skilled in managing and organizing community events and has been actively contributing to rural and youth development in the community. His interests lie in innovative startup development, interpreting, language teaching, and rural community development.
