With over a decade of experience, she specializes in various areas such as eating disorders, intuitive eating, sports nutrition, and bariatric surgery. Theresa received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nutrition and Physiology from the University at Buffalo and continued her studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, obtaining a Master's of Science degree in Nutrition. She has held various positions within the nutrition field, including Director of Nutrition at Betances Health Center, Registered Dietitian Bariatric Surgery Unit at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Adjunct Faculty/PhD Candidate at New York University.
