Sean P. Smith is an experienced attorney with a background in the entertainment industry. Smith is highly skilled in the areas of strategic negotiation, transactional law, intellectual property, music publishing, and film. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Delaware Law School (Widener University School of Law) and a BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Villanova University.
