Ariel Pasternak is the founder and CEO of Pineapple Collaborative, a company focused on community building and food culture.

With a background in Environmental Studies and Political Science, Ariel has honed her entrepreneurial skills through various roles in different organizations.

She has cultivated a community of over 100,000 food-loving women across major US cities like Washington DC, New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

A 2018 Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture Exchange Fellow, Ariel is a sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship, creativity, and community building, having presented at esteemed platforms like Pinterest, Facebook, and The Wing.

Ariel's educational journey includes studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Ben Gurion University, and Georgetown Day School.

Her professional experience spans from being a Market Manager at Stumptown Coffee Roasters to a Hive Coordinator at Beespace, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the field.

Having worked as a Director of Branding + Business Development at Chaia and a Consultant at Monitor 360, Ariel brings a wealth of experience to her current role at Pineapple Collaborative.
