I taught Reactor Prep, a one-month programming course that prepares students to enter the Hack Reactor immersive program.

Reactor prep is aimed at complete beginners to programming, and teaches the fundamentals via JavaScript.

I designed the curriculum from scratch.

I built the Savvy iOS app using Swift (which I learned for this project), as well as the back-end infrastructure using Parse.

The construction of Savvy involved integrating a number of third-party APIs, including:
-  Twilio
-  Parse
-  TimeKit
-  Facebook OAuth
-  Google Places & Autocomplete
-  Google Calendar

I built and currently maintain the Fitsme application. Fitsme is built in Clojure at the server-side, and ClojureScript on the client. Specific technologies and skills in use are:

-  PostgreSQL database administration and schema design
-  Datomic database administration and schema design
-  Elasticsearch cluster management and query design
-  Functional programming application design
-  Experience building large single-page applications (SPAs) in AngularJS, jQuery, and ClojureScript (Om + ReactJS)
-  Linux server administration and Java web-app deployment, as well as Nginx configuration and administration
