Luxasia's Chief Operations Officer, Satyaki Banerjee, is a seasoned executive in the field of omni-channel distribution, retail, and eCommerce, with vast experience in the luxury beauty and lifestyle brands sector. With over a decade of consultancy experience at McKinsey & Company, where he served as an Associate, Engagement Manager, and Consultant until 2014, Satyaki has built a reputation as an expert in operations, supply chain, planning, technology, and transformation.

At Luxasia, Satyaki leads the eCommerce business in India, part of the skincare portfolio, and oversees critical functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Technology, and Transformation across the entire organization. Before joining Luxasia in 2016, Satyaki was VP of eCommerce Logistics (Delivery) at Singapore Post Ltd, where he sharpened his logistics and delivery expertise while driving growth in the e-commerce sector.

Satyaki is also an Advisor, Investor, and Board Member in Technology and digital commerce start-ups, demonstrating his keen interest and expertise in promoting innovation in the industry. Satyaki received his PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
