Jeff Sun is a global operations and strategy director with extensive experience in high-growth startups, Fortune 50 companies, and strategy consulting. He has led cross-functional teams of up to 25 people and has lived and worked in seven countries across North America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Jeff is a Siebel Scholar who studied for an MBA at the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Political Science at Yale University, where he graduated with Distinction in Major.

Jeff has held several influential positions during his career, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Operations at Sonder Inc., which he joined in Series B before going public in 2022. He also served as Regional General Manager for Northern California and Southwest US at Amazon, where he oversaw operations to ensure that customers received orders on time, every time. Additionally, he worked as an Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte and Monitor Group, respectively.

Outside of his work life, Jeff likes to take life sabbaticals and enjoys pottery making. Jeff is a versatile individual with a wealth of experience in building and scaling global operations, strategy, supply chains, and more.
