Jason Utgaard is a seasoned entrepreneur and a natural leader. He possesses a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Saint Thomas, where he studied for two separate degrees in Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Management. Jason has a wealth of experience that spans across various industries. He is the current General Manager at Momentum Recycling - an organization that focuses on providing recycling solutions to businesses in the western United States. Prior to that, he served as the founder and President of The Spotted Door, a company he established to promote local businesses by connecting them with potential customers.

Jason's background also includes working at CommerceInterface, where he acted as Vice President, Business Development before its acquisition by Groupon. He was also the Merchandise Manager, Site Manager, and Buyer & Merchandise Manager at Overstock.com / O.biz, where he oversaw the site's operations and managed health and beauty inventory. Jason worked as a Project Manager & Business Analyst at Sportsman's Warehouse; this position enabled him to gain vast experience in managing complex technical projects.
