Vadim Yuzhakov, a U.S. citizen, is an accomplished doctorate-level manager in the Life Sciences industry. With extensive experience in senior-level engineering management, technical program management, and cross-functional programs, he has successfully managed research and development and manufacturing operations for major corporations such as Bayer, Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Procter, and Gamble. Vadim excels at defining strategies, building and managing high-achieving teams, and driving plans to completion. He has a track record of compliance with GMP and Medical Device Regulations including FDA, EUMDR, and Canadian MDR. He has developed novel robotic assembly and web-based manufacturing methods and led successful efforts in research and development of medical devices, pharmaceutical packaging, disposables, material science, optics, polymers, plastics, process technology, MEMS, bioinformatics, biomechanics, and microfluidics. Vadim holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
