As a Software Engineer Manager with a strong focus on team leadership and technical expertise, I directly manage a team of 2 frontends and provide guidance to another team of 2 engineers. My responsibilities also include assisting in defining and running review circles for the engineering team, ensuring high-quality code and best practices are followed.

Furthermore, I led a migration process for Minded's main product, leveraging my technical skills and strategic thinking to successfully execute the transition while maintaining seamless operations.

As part of the engineer core team; we were in charge of implementing the MVP of the patient and medical team Apps. This process involved interacting with third parties, designing, building, and deploying services on the Minded platform.

We defined the CI/CD infrastructure, collaborate with the product and design team defining the patient and clinical team experience.

Finally, I had the chance to collaborate on defining the scrum process the engineering team is implementing nowadays.

Senior Software Engineer

As part of the Short-form video team, we were in charge of evolving the platform that generates high impact short-form videos at scale. 
- Keep consistency with other Olapic’s products.
- Helping to build the user journey of our customers.
- Building reporting tools and data analysis from our platform to measure our features and evaluate improvements.
- Providing support for internal teams, especially animation and account management team for our Short-form video experiences.

Olapic

Lead Software Engineer, Front End

On this role, I was able to work with a full-stack dev cell (QA, BE and FE engineers) maintaining close contact with our product manager to ensure we were following a data-driven approach was one of my daily based tasks. I provided technical support for the Olapic’s moderation team, building an internal tool they use nowadays to do their job and track moderators' performances.
Stack: Angularjs, Aws elastic beanstalk, Protractor for e2e testing.

Front End Team Leader

- Building and maintaining the Olapic's integration engine; most of the cases implemented on high volume e-commerce web sites.
- Developing and maintaining the tracking system for integrations performance monitoring. 
- Developing internal tools for the customer support team and account managers team.
