Robert Phillips, a Dallas-based entrepreneur and professional speaker, has launched his safety training company, Robert Phillips Safety Solutions since his own personal experience with violent crime. His experience has also led him to write a book titled, "You Can't Close if You're Dead: Staying Safer in the New Era of Real Estate," which outlines safety issues and decision-making that put real estate agents in harm's way.

With a notable clientele list including companies such as Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Century 21, The Ebby Halliday Companies, Coldwell Banker, and Fathom Realty, Phillips has shown thousands of employees and entrepreneurs how to stay safer in the era of WMD's (Weapons of Mass Distraction).

Prior to starting his own company, Phillips worked as a field sales representative at Texas Law Shield. He is a Diploma holder from Ulysses High School.
