Tim Wingrove is a talented and experienced executive search consultant with an impressive track record in philanthropy and international development. Tim has been working in the charity and development sectors for more than a decade and specializes in recruiting senior management and executive staff for international development and philanthropy. As the Founder and Managing Director of Red Sea Executive Search and Selection, Tim and his team provide a purpose-focused recruitment service provider to foundations, trusts, and charity organizations worldwide.

He is a Member of the Board of Trustees for CORD International, a grassroots development organization working in peacebuilding in post-conflict societies. Tim has a keen interest in current events, global social change, geopolitics, church history, philanthropy, and international development. He is also an accomplished writer and filmmaker.

Tim has studied Theology and English, Art/ Art History, Design, and Art and Art History at various universities. Prior to founding Red Sea, he has held several executive positions, including Executive Talent Consultant at Oxfam International, Principal Consultant at Mission Talent, and Associate Consultant at Oxford HR Executive Search.
