Matthew Swartwout, a computer engineering alumni from Case Western Reserve University, has an impressive background in technology with expertise in software engineering, embedded systems, and system testing. Swartwout has worked as a Software Engineer III at Google, previously holding the position of Software Engineer II and Engineering Resident. During his time at ULA, Swartwout worked on embedded systems in their rocket programs, showcasing his engineering and technical skills. He has also worked as a Teaching Assistant for computer engineering courses and held positions as a Sales Associate, Wordpress Web Developer, and IT Technician.

Swartwout graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and went on to complete his Master of Science in Computer Engineering. Along with his technical capabilities, he also demonstrates exceptional communication and leadership skills.
