Doug Welbaum is a retired Army Sergeant with a diverse professional background spanning from healthcare recruiting to automotive technology. With an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University, and an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology from Central Texas College, he certainly has an impressive educational background.

Before retiring, Doug served as a Special Forces Medic with the U.S. Army, and later on became a U.S. Army Reserve Field Recruiter before transitioning to a Human Resources Technician and then an Insurance Agent at Independent Insurance Consultants. He also held positions as a Procurement Representative at QRS Recycling before becoming a Driver at Uber & Lyft and a Loader at Lowe's Companies.

With a passion for personal and professional growth, physical fitness, and health & wellness, Doug is continually looking to better himself in all aspects of life. He also enjoys spending time with family & friends and strengthening his relationship with God.
