Kambiz Izadi brings over two decades of legal experience and expertise to Diversis Capital as its General Counsel. His experience spans working with NASDAQ-traded biotech firms, global high-growth technology companies, and serving as outside general counsel to multiple companies from a variety of industries.

Kambiz graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology & Society and then went on to get his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. For the first ten years of his legal career, Kambiz practiced corporate, transactional, and securities law at three well-known law firms, with the last firm electing him to partnership.

Kambiz is passionate about helping companies navigate through mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and international deals. During his career, Kambiz has honed his legal skills to help businesses in various industries, bringing a wealth of experience to Diversis Capital.
