Morten Ugelvig Andersen is an experienced CEO, entrepreneur, and non-profit management expert. He is the current CEO of Venture Cup, a non-profit that supports entrepreneurs in developing their ideas into successful startups. With a strong background in project development, international and cross-cultural communication, negotiation, sales, entrepreneurship, and innovation projects, Morten focuses on creating value, synergy, and impact.

Morten's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Denmark and a Master's in Business Language and Culture, Leadership, and Management from Copenhagen Business School. He also studied Asian Language and Culture for his BSc in Business at Copenhagen Business School and Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University.

In addition to his role at Venture Cup, Morten has held various positions, including National Manager, Regional Manager, and External Project Coordinator at Venture Cup. He is also the co-founder and former CEO of University Startup World Cup, and a former Advisor at Plastic Change and Akademikernes A-kasse.

Through his leadership and dedication, Morten strives to create a world-class entrepreneurial ecosystem that turns knowledge into impact.
