He has worked for well-known establishments such as Hakkasan Group and POLPO Ltd, where he served in various roles from Restaurant Supervisor to General Manager. Darryl has a passion for promoting learning and operational support, as well as a strong background in restaurant management. He holds multiple certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, including Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits, as well as Level 3 Award in Wines, where he achieved distinction.
