Frederic Desitter is an accomplished Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Corporate Governance professional with over 24 years of international experience in various industries such as aviation, rail, construction, healthcare, energy, and oil & gas. He has worked for notable organizations such as ACWA Power, Arabtec Holding PJSC, Sidra Medicine, Qatar Rail, and Groupe ADP.

Frederic has won prestigious awards, including the Strategic Risk Magazine's 8th European Risk Management Awards and the IFACI's ERM and Internal control Awards, and has been a guest speaker or panelist at various events such as Dubai World Insurance Congress, Rencontres AMRAE, and Global ERM Online Symposium.

Frederic has a strong operational experience in Project Risk Management and Project Management on complex international projects, and he is a skilled global manager and team leader capable of leading organizational changes and cross-organizational performance improvement at the corporate level. He can also drive culture change to embed new management processes in a multi-cultural environment.
