Kelly Robinson

Kelly Robinson is a prominent senior residential real estate broker with over 15 years of experience in Manhattan's market. As founder of The Kelly Robinson Team, she specializes in representing buyers, sellers, investors, high-end rentals, and new development projects. She is renowned for her excellent negotiation skills, data-driven pricing, creativity, discretion, and high ethical standards. Kelly is also a consultant for pre-construction or pre-renovation floor plans, finishes, and decor, as well as post-closing consulting for buyers renovating with investment in mind. She has exclusive NYRS and CNE certification, specializing in new development, co-op buildings, condo buildings, townhouses, investment properties, and LEED certified properties.

Kelly is a graduate of Rutgers the State University of New Jersey, where she studied BFA, Theatre, and BFA, Mason Gross School of Arts/English. She also has a Certificate in Public Relations from New York University. Kelly is currently a licensed associate real estate broker at Compass, a co-founder, and board member of the Edward Jay Robinson Scholarship Foundation, which assists young rugby players with college tuition.
