Rachel Sheppard is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in global marketing, advertising, lead generation, and brand management. With an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS from the University of California, Davis, Rachel has worked for various organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors, showcasing her expertise in marketing strategies, funnel management, and team development.
As the Director of Global Marketing at the Founder Institute, Rachel leads the global advertising strategy and budget, generating awareness and recognition for the organization across 180+ cities and 65+ countries. She co-created the Founder Institute's Female Founder Initiative, focused on supporting female entrepreneurs, and the FI for Good Campaign, an innovative approach to accelerating impact-driven initiatives.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, Rachel is also an active volunteer for Canine Companions for Independence East Bay Miracles Chapter, contributing to public relations and marketing strategies for their major fundraising events.
