Jeff Downs has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, from start-ups to billion-dollar public entities. He served in different leadership roles in highly regulated clinical lab service and manufacturing, including as the Vice President Sales and GM of Consulting Services at Accumen Inc. His experience includes CFO positions at independent comprehensive labs, international reagent supply manufacturing, and work with Hospital COOs and CFOs. Jeff also has experience in public company and VC/PE financing, acquisitions, divestitures, startups, and turnarounds. He has authored papers and presented at conferences on healthcare topics. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Diagnostics from Arizona State University, and his BS in Accounting is from Elon University.
