Samuel Marks is a software and biomedical engineering consultant focused on automation at scale. He holds a PhD in Medicine, conferred in May 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Macquarie University, as well as IT Networking certification from TAFE. Marks is the Director of Software Development at Offscale.io, where he creates technology that scales from 1 to 10,000 servers. He is also a former Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning and a former Senior Technology Specialist at Telstra.

Marks has worked on several major projects, including HealthPlatform.io, Abbrevi8, and Roamz, and has experience as a researcher, inventor, and founder. He has also served as Head Mentor for the Software Team at FIRST Robotics and as a Website Administrator and Co-Organizer for the Economics Seminar.

Marks is passionate about open-source and interoperability, creating technology that is cross-platform, cross-language, and multi-ML. He has extensive experience in software development, biomedical engineering, and automation, and his PhD research focused on facilitating large-scale medical diagnostic screening.
