Diarmuid Bland is a watch professional with over 35 years of experience across multiple business disciplines, specializing in product development, sourcing, and design. As a British national, born and raised in Hong Kong, with education from Switzerland and the UK, Diarmuid brings a unique perspective to his work. He has worked for several renowned watch companies in Hong Kong, established a joint venture company, UVW Ltd., and spent 8 years in the US and 6 years in CH working for Fossil Inc. as a major design and development group. Diarmuid returned to Hong Kong in 2011 and joined Fossil Group's FIT (Fossil Innovation Team) in 2012. In 2017, he became the leader of R&D team. Diarmuid's specialties include understanding brand DNA and applying that knowledge to commercially successful product development.
