Kristin White is an experienced Rector who has an impressive track record of strengthening and growing churches. With a skillset that includes nonprofit leadership, pastoral counseling, and community organizing, Kristin firmly believes that the church is the hope of the world. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Education from Willamette University, an M.Div. from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Western Oregon University.

As Rector at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church, Kristin leads the congregation in discipleship, pastoral care, and congregational development. She draws on her expertise as a former Associate Rector at The Church of the Holy Spirit, Lake Forest, where she honed her community organizing and facilitation skills.
