Hope Lord is an experienced IT Project Manager, with a diverse background that includes roles in both the public and private sectors. She has worked for big names such as nbn™ Australia, Telstra and Clubs NSW. With a Bachelor's degree from Narrabundah College, Hope has gained lots of valuable experience over the years, which she now applies in her current role as IT Project Manager at St John Ambulance Australia (NSW).

Prior to working with St John Ambulance, Hope held key managerial positions across different organisations, such as Manager of Digital Products & Projects at ClubsNSW, as well as IT Project Manager/Applications roles with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and the Fair Work Ombudsman. She was also a liaison officer for several departments and agencies of the Australian Government.
