Pele Ugboajah, Ph.D.

Pele Raymond is a social media marketing expert, educator, and mentor with over two decades of experience in leadership, digital marketing, and business consulting. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota.

Raymond has worked in various leadership positions throughout his career, including as the Vice President of Product Marketing at Dale Carnegie Training and the Vice President of Human Resources at Rainy Lake Medical Center. He has also served as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach at MDA Leadership Consulting and as the Director of Product Marketing at HP and Director of Technical Marketing at PTC.

In addition to his corporate experience, Raymond is the founder and software architect of VelocityJam, a community-driven platform designed to help businesses expand their reach and increase their influence on LinkedIn without being "salesy," and Social Velocity Marketing, an action-learning program that helps businesses leverage the power of LinkedIn and content marketing to scale their operations significantly. He is also a former podcaster and bestselling author, having produced content focused on digital marketing and personal development.
