Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Behzod held key positions in renowned tech companies. He was the Head of Research & Analytics Operations at Slack, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's research function. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Researcher and User Experience Researcher at Slack, contributing to the company's user-centric approach. Behzod also worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Facebook, where he co-created the Research Associates Program, and gained valuable experience in understanding user behavior and preferences.

Behzod's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Willamette University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He further pursued his studies at the University of Washington, obtaining a Master's degree in Human-Centered Design & Engineering.
