Matt Chapman is an experienced Executive Contract Manager with over 10 years of experience in commercial and supply chain management roles. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University's Mays Business School with a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. Throughout his career, Chapman has honed his skills in contract management, strategic sourcing, procurement, demand planning, vendor vetting, and negotiations. He is an expert in process development, improvement, cost analysis, and budgeting.

Chapman began his career as a Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting before joining Pate Engineers as VP of New Product Development and Strategic Production Specialist.
