Mark Graves is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in management, operations, legal, litigation, strategy, and consulting. With an extensive background in enterprise risk management, compliance, data protection and privacy, and internal/external audit functions, Graves is well-versed in global financial services and banking regulations, financial crime compliance, global sanctions, investigations, and global data protection and privacy. His experience includes supervision of remote teams of legal and compliance professionals across various financial industries. He has also litigated and settled hundreds of financial crime cases in every tribunal level. Graves holds a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law, B.B.A. from Texas Christian University, and studied CRCP from The University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP), and an attorney licensed in multiple states. Currently, Graves serves as the Chief Legal Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Tribal Credit.
