Khalid Boukdid is an Amsterdam-based entrepreneur with a diverse professional background in strategy consulting and investment banking. He has worked with industry leaders such as McKinsey, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan. Boukdid spent 3.5 years in Bangkok where he worked with a friend to distribute Okabashi Flip-Flops. Unfortunately, after facing numerous setbacks, including natural disasters and political unrest, the business had to shut down. Boukdid then moved back to the Netherlands and began working as a commercial analyst for various companies.

In 2016, Boukdid founded Traisi, a flight simulator aimed at preparing business students for careers in strategy consulting and investment banking. He later sold the company to a German e-learning firm specializing in strategy consulting. He is currently the founder of FoodStory, an AR-powered food hologram menu for the food industry, and is also the creator of School of Failure, a blog focused on learning from failure in entrepreneurship, personal development, and relationships.

Boukdid studied Political Science and International Relations as a minor at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and obtained a 4.0/5.0 GPA. He also studied Economics through the Economics & Arts Program at Chulalangkorn University, where he achieved a 3.5/4.0 GPA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the Vrije Universiteit with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
