Steve Usher

Steve Usher is a pioneer in bringing design thinking into the workplace. He is the co-founder of 5ive.studio, an employee experience design agency based in the Nordics, and the host of The Experience Designers podcast. His passion for elevating the employee experience by design has led him to focus on creating human-centered workplaces that benefit both the employees and the business.

Steve studied Estate Management at Luton University and has since participated in the Global Design Thinkers Bootcamp at DesignThinkers Academy and completed a Digital Marketing course at Squared Online. Before founding 5ive.studio, he was the CEO and Founder Director of CCA Recruitment Group, a Managing Consultant at Call Centre People, and a Recruitment Consultant at Sugarman Medical, Quality Locums, and Locum Group.

Steve's experience in design thinking, digital marketing, and recruitment has given him a unique perspective on creating impactful employee experiences.
