Arthur Daemmrich is a distinguished leader in the field of invention and innovation. With a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Studies from Cornell University and a B.A. in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Daemmrich has served as the Director of the Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation at the Smithsonian Institution. Additionally, he has held several academic positions, including Visiting Professor at CEIBS, Assistant Professor at Harvard Business School, Visiting Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and Associate Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He has a keen interest in inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, and inventors through educational programs and exhibits across the United States.
