Meredith Hampton is a highly accomplished attorney and compliance officer with a vast experience in legal affairs, corporate governance, and securities-related matters. Currently serving as Vice President Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at At Home Group Inc., she is responsible for overseeing corporate compliance and ethics, intellectual property matters, data privacy and security, litigation management, among other key areas.

Meredith is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where she earned a Doctor of Law (JD), and Southern Methodist University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts (BA). She began her career as an associate in the Dallas office of the law firm K&L Gates and later served as director of legal affairs at Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc., where she also served on the Fiesta Family Foundation’s executive committee as secretary.

In addition to her professional achievements, Meredith is also passionate about community service and has been actively engaged with numerous organizations over the years. She currently serves on the board of directors of Step Up, a nonprofit organization that empowers high school girls to fulfill their potential, and has previously served on the board of directors of WiNGS Dallas, where she also chaired the WiNGS Mentors & Allies Awards Luncheon Committee.
