Cemal Ezel is a social entrepreneur who has made a significant impact on society. He is the founder of Change Please, a social enterprise that trains homeless people as baristas and provides them with support and employment. He is also the co-founder of The Old Spike Roastery, a coffee roastery that offers speciality-grade coffee for corporates and provides housing and training to homeless people. Cemal's career began in property development, commodities trading, and sales, but he later shifted his focus towards social entrepreneurship. His work has received recognition, and he was named the 46th coolest person in the world in 2015.
Cemal has studied as a Fellow at Ariana de Rothschild, and also pursued Executive Education at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge. He has held various roles in sales, consulting, and market research during his previous career. Currently, Cemal is offering free mentoring services to organizations operating in these spaces that want to make a significant positive impact.
