He is an information research SME, having undertaken research projects across the global outsourcing spectrum, including market studies in analytics, transcription, CRM/ATS, staffing & recruitment, customer support, back-office, market intelligence research, and e-learning.

Edward is a seasoned professional who has served clients worldwide through multiple bespoke engagements such as in-depth competitive intelligence studies, recruitment research, business strategies, market opportunity assessments, and surveys design & assessment for corporate buyers and outsourcing providers.
