Fernando is a skilled business developer with a knack for innovation processes and creative facilitation. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business & Law School, Fernando has developed an extensive background in entrepreneurship, change, and transformation. He has studied at La Salle Bonanova and the Università Bocconi through the Erasmus exchange program. Currently involved with Buenaidea and formerly associated with several institutions, including The Valley Digital Business School, Barcelona Technology School, La Salle BCN, and IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Additionally, Fernando had previously worked as a Junior Marketing executive for one of the largest beauty companies in the world, L'Oréal.
