Poonam is a certified PMP, SCRUM Master, Lead SAFe Agilist V4.0, ITIL V3 Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, and worked under KPMG as a Lead Assessor. Poonam has experience working with clients in the IT, ITES, Financial, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Telecom domains.

Poonam has extensive experience in conducting ISMS, Quality Management, and CMMI assessments. With a Masters in Personnel Management and an Advanced Diploma Holder in Systems Management from NIIT Ltd, Poonam has worked in Software Application Development, Support & Testing, using traditional SDLC as well as Agile methodologies.
