His expertise includes international business and hospitality management, customer service, business development, strategic planning, revenue generation, food safety, and culinary expertise. He is known for his outstanding communication, organization, and leadership skills. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from North-West University.
