Greg Flakus is a food and beverage consultant with over three decades of experience in the industry. Greg has worked with some of the largest festivals and fairs in the US, as well as with athletic departments and their foodservice partners. Greg has also made significant contributions to the food industry outside of his consulting work. He was the successful Major Gifts Director for a $4.2 million Food Bank Warehouse campaign in Clark County, opening a new building on January 3, 2012. Additionally, he has helped venues choose the best master food contractors, studied the on-site foodservice operations and food menus, suggested marketing programs to increase attendance and event revenues, and provided insights into digital signage.
