Mark Matthes, a seasoned executive with a track record of successful strategy development and execution, has a diverse background spanning various industries and roles. With advanced degrees in theology and business administration from prestigious universities, Mark is equipped with both the skills and knowledge to succeed in any environment. He has served as Chief Operating Officer at Unseen, a nonprofit dedicated to ending human trafficking and building a world without slavery. Prior to that, Mark worked in various roles at Biola University, including Director of Career Development and Success and Director of University Career Initiatives & Assessment. He has also taught business courses at universities in China and owned his own consulting firm.
