Before starting his own business, Bill worked as a Training and Business Development Facilitator at Mercy Corps Northwest, a Sprint Program Facilitator & Advisor at TenX, and held sales training and customer engagement roles at Levi's & Koret. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of business strategy, audience segmentation, improv principles, and customer experiences.
