Josh is renowned for his expertise in advising clients on founder disputes, general strategy, board dynamics, joint ventures, and public offerings. Josh is a former Managing Partner at Dorm Room Fund and served as advisor to various startup accelerators and incubators, including CalHacks, Berkeley SkyDeck, and the Berkeley-Haas Entrepreneurship Program.
