Alia Dalal is a seasoned chef, wellness expert, and writer with a passion for sustainable food systems. She holds a BA in English from Boston University, a Certificate in Culinary Arts from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, and has completed the Vermont Table Sustainable Food Systems Summer Program at Sterling College. Her experience includes being a resident health and wellness chef at The Chopping Block, cooking show host and creator at Outcome Health, and a guest host on Chicago's Best on WGN. Additionally, she has worked as a chef at a variety of renowned restaurants, including Annisa and Sepia Restaurant. Her diverse background also includes roles as a communication coordinator at School of Visual Arts and editorial intern at Lapiz International Art Magazine. Dalal's expertise in wellness, sustainability, and culinary arts make her a valuable asset to any team.
