Betsy Bonnema is an advertising professional and entrepreneur hailing from the University of Minnesota. She is the owner of Redstar, a creative agency that specializes in empowering businesses to unleash their true entrepreneurial potential. Redstar offers workshops, retreats, and creative services to help businesses break free from traditional constraints and cultivate unique connections with their employees and consumers.

Before founding Redstar, Bonnema worked as the Redstar in Realtime Facilitator and Startup Program Facilitator. She is also the former founder of WORKUP, a successful coworking and meeting space. Bonnema holds a lot of experience in facilitating entrepreneurial ventures and developing creative corporate strategies.

In her academic journey, Bonnema studied Journalism-Advertising, Advertising, and went on to apply her learnings to foster entrepreneurship in the business world.
