Yannis Marcou is an experienced UX professional with over 15 years of experience working in enterprise software. He specializes in software production, service design, and UX consultancy. Marcou has worked as a UX lead, consulting on the creation and optimization of complex user journeys with multiple touchpoints, technologies, and behaviors. His hands-on and consulting skills include UX strategy, stakeholder engagement, research, hypothesis definition and testing, user profiling, requirements management, user journey mapping, road-mapping, solution design, prototyping, testing, and optimization. Marcou has also run multidisciplinary teams and created structured workshops to gather feedback, needs, new ideas, or insights. His past roles as a creative director have equipped him with a sharp eye for quality and a great understanding of design, branding, and the creative process. Marcou has clients in various industries and has worked with companies such as Avis, Centaur Media, Hilton, Nestle, and Xerox.
